OVERVIEW
Ghillie is the only one in Nuke Town that will be able to decrypt the Starfire Weapons system. Meet at the Ghillies Arcade. He wants listening ears in key points of NUKE TOWN. You will be tasked with either planting or recovering listening devices in 3 different locations. Get his instructions.

Once you have completed enough missions for Ghillie Meet him in the NUKE TOWN Arcade. If you have collected any intel envelopes you will be able to sell them to him. Once you get paid ask him for a favor to use the STAR- BATT system to access the Russian micro processor. We need to have him decrypt the micro processor so that we can access Project Starfire. This is mission critical. If the micro processor has not been decrypted then we wont be able to access the weapons system and shut it down

These items will need to be placed discreetly so as not to be found. Use a distraction as needed to not get caught. You will need to take photographic evidence if you place the device and bring the item back if requested.

Also, Make sure you have at least one Intel envelope or this will cost you an arm and a leg.
