FACTIONS
THERE ARE SEVERAL FACTIONS OF THE WASTELANDS. Your team will be assigned one during event registration and you will be given certain mission objectives to accomplish in order for your faction to accomplish the mission objective. Your success or failure of missions will contribute to the main storyline that will change and evolve based on a factions success. Plan your strategy, work as a team and give your maximum effort to find success.
SPETSNAZ
The Spetsnaz are Moscow’s elite enforcers, forged in fire and loyal only to the Motherland. Ruthless, disciplined, and feared across the Wasteland, they are more than soldiers — they are predators, trained to strike without mercy and reclaim what belongs to Russia.
In the chaos of the post-apocalyptic world, the Spetsnaz serve as the long arm of Moscow, sent to the frontier to recover the defecting scientist who holds the secrets to Project Starfire. To them, Nuketown is not a home to liberate, but a prize to conquer — its people are pawns, its resources fuel, and its weapons the key to restoring Russian dominance.
Led by the iron-fisted General Volkov and his field commander Dragov, the Spetsnaz operate like a mafia-military hybrid: they reward loyalty with power and punish weakness with death. For those who join their ranks, the path is clear — crush the Wolverines, seize the scientist, and return Starfire to the Kremlin.

WOLVERINES
Born from the ashes of a fallen nation, the Wolverines are the embodiment of defiance. Survivors, outlaws, and patriots bound together under the banner of a shattered America, they fight not for empire but for freedom. To the Wolverines, every battle is personal, every victory a spark of hope in the darkness of the Wasteland.
The Wolverines see Nuketown not as a prize to conquer, but as a stronghold to liberate — a base from which to push back against foreign invaders and the warlords who choke the last breath from the frontier. Their true mission: locate the defecting Russian scientist and secure Project Starfire before Moscow reclaims it. In the wrong hands, Starfire would mean annihilation. In Wolverine hands, it is a chance to fight back.
Led by the hardened veteran General Cable, the Wolverines fight with grit, improvisation, and unshakable resolve. They lack the resources of the Spetsnaz but thrive on cunning, ambush, and sheer willpower.
