OVERVIEW

We have information that a hacker named RERUN will be able to help us hack into the missing micro processor component from Project Starfire once we recover it. He works in the shadows of Master Blaster and thrives on information and pays for it.  His network functions with blind drops throughout the wastelands. We were able to get you a meeting with him to work to retrieve the envelopes. Meet with him in the Saloon to get the requirements.  

 

Individual teams will be able to search Nuke Town, scene interactions and characters for red numbered intel envelopes. These will be turned over to RERUN THE HACKER for gold coins AND OTHER REWARDS.

CLUE

Sometimes items are hidden in plain sight right in front of your face! Some will require stealth and maybe bribery payment of gold coins is the only way out if you get caught! You may need to do a job for him before he will pay out and if you don't gain his favor it will cost you! The envelopes are numbered. You can only take ONE envelope with a specific number on it.  For example, if you take more than one envelope with the number 3 on it you will lose 10 gold coins.

SMUGGLERS AND BOUNTY HUNTERS

Game play can occur anywhere at any checkpoint during active game time. (excluding active thematic scenes)

OVERVIEW

Find the Outlaw in Nuke Town to join the smuggling mission. The first 5 teams will receive a Highland Tactical Red Shoulder bag and must wear the Smugglers Runs necklace, marking you as the active smuggler. The duffel bag must be carried at all times.

All other teams are Bounty Hunters. If a Bounty Hunter spots you wearing the necklace without the duffel, you must pay them 5 gold coins.

If you challenge a team with the duffel, engage in a best 2-out-of-3 paper-rock-scissors match. The winner keeps the duffel; the loser pays 1 coins. After a challenge, you can't be challenged again for 20 minutes. The red bag exchanges continue throughout the event. You have to get the bag to DOG TOWN contact (checkpoint 6) to earn 10 gold coins.

OVERVIEW

All participants must bring 2 items to TRADE and BARTER within Nuke Town and at checkpoints. Trading upon request is mandatory. Several special value items will be inserted in the game. At the end of the event, the participants holding those items will win a special prize.

Make sure to engage with other participants, as trading could unlock key advantages. Remember, anyone can request a trade at any time, so keep your items in play and strategize your bartering wisely! Same trader limited to once per hour unless mutual.

01-LOCATION: NUKE TOWN MAIN STREET FIRE PIT 2- OVERVIEW The PYRES are the smoke signal experts in Nuke Town, trusted by Master Blaster to communicate with distant outposts. At this checkpoint, teams will learn how to assemble the Pyre Log and configure the correct wood pile to send smoke signals. Instructions: Learn from the PYRES how to arrange the Pyre Log and wood pile combinations. Complete the challenge by assembling the "council" wood pile to send the correct smoke signal. Upon success, receive a coin and a codder pin. Optionally, teams can purchase a Pyre Log with "old world currency" for future use and will earn 10 gold coins. OVERVIEW

Master Blaster took the Russian scientist's electric assault vehicle and now demands the ability to keep it powered. At the Fuel Runner Checkpoint in Nuke Town, teams will meet at the designated fuel station where they will receive their mission from CaliMobileEV, the electric vehicle faction. Upon arrival, teams are tasked with bringing a fuel pod to the refinery and refining a fuel pod from the fuel station, which serves as a critical resource for powering the electric vehicles in the wastelands.

Electric vehicles that charge and pay with old world currency will earn 10 coins.

OVERVIEW:The Wolverines have successfully located the escape hatch of the Russian Weapons facility, which is situated approximately 3 miles away from the actual facility. An intricate tunnel system is used to access this exit. One of the Russian Engineers was able to escape through the hatch and sent out an encrypted message, which we managed to intercept. Upon deciphering the message, we discovered that there is a 4-digit safe code required to gain access to PROJECT STARFIRE, which is currently stored in the safe. The Engineer has the PROTOTYPE in his possession and is awaiting an EVAC from the Russian infantry. We believe this second message contains the encoded code for unlocking the safe. It is essential that your team travels through the Wastelands to reach the escape hatch before Dragov the Russian special forces leader arrives to retrieve the safe. Once you arrive at the hatch, use the 4 digit code and open the safe.:

We have intel that the Russian SPETSNAZ has set up a Inspection CHECKPOINT in the area. Make sure that you have the correct code number sequence on your driver side door placard or you may need to pay a bribe to get access.

The Wolverines have intercepted a transmission that the Russians are sending in a convoy disguised as wasteland vehicles to retrieve the PROJECT STARFIRE. Intel suggests that each vehicle will be marked with a 6 digit code to signify that it is a Russian Vehicle. This is perfect for our mission. To gain access past the checkpoint you will need to have a correct vehicle reference number displayed on your Vehicle. We were able to have one of our agents create the door placard which is being used in the wastelands to identify the Russian vehicles. Now you will need to decipher the number sequence in order to gain access without any problems. You will need to improvise your best Russian accent to get past the guard. The wrong code could land you in trouble and require a bribe of gold coins at the checkpoint.

 

A "numbers station" is a radio station that broadcasts only a series of numbers, representing coded words with instructions to agents operating on foreign soil. Our agent was able to gain access to the station and broadcast a brief message consisting of the vehicle display reference number- but encoded in such a manner that the information would not be obvious to the Wastelanders. Figure out the correct sequence of numbers you will need to use in order to gain proper access to the Wastelands?

Meet the Dust Devils Tribe in the rear patio area of FUEL TOWN (Cafe247)

SECOND:

Blend in by getting food at the outside BBQ pit by paying one SKELETON per person (DO NOT ORDER AT THE COUNTER, you will be significantly delayed and will be left behind for the next checkpoint) eat at a table outside to scope out the location. You have 30 minutes to eat and make a barter trade with someone.

After  finishing your FOOD, return to your vehicle and PROCEED to checkpoing 5 and then BACK TO NUKETOWN.  THE NEXT PHASE TO RECOVER THE PROJECT STARFIRE SCHEMATICS begins immediatley!

OVERVIEW

You have been tasked to transport the fuel pods to FUEL TOWN to get the fuel refined in order to power the generator for CaliMobileEV to charge the Master Blasters War Rig. You must be successful or Master Blaster will be displeased. 

 

The Bracelet of Allegiance:

Your first test? Show your allegiance. We are meeting the Dust Devils tribe, but wearing their symbol on the correct wrist is key to signifying your status as a warrior or entertainer of the tribe. Choose wisely, for this simple act speaks volumes in the language of the wasteland. For those who pass the first test, a greater challenge awaits.

 

Review the coded message below received from a spy who has infiltrated the Dust Devils tribe. The message contains crucial information about a cultural tradition important to Master Blaster—a tradition involving wearing a bracelet to signify allegiance. The spy, however, couldn't confirm which wrist the bracelet should be worn on for the upcoming meeting. Teams must decipher the code to learn the correct wrist and prove their loyalty.
