Meet RERUN the Hacker in the NUKE TOWN Saloon. If you have collected any intel envelopes you will be able to sell them to him. Once you get paid ask him for a favor to get him to access the Russian micro processor. We need to have him decrypt the micro processor so that we can access Project Starfire. This is mission critical. If the micro processor has not been decrypted then we wont be able to access the weapons system.
